Poster Submission Requirements |
|
| |
- Submit abstracts with the following word-limit 200 – 250 words max (without images, graphs, tables)
- Deadline: 1st November 2010. Only submissions sent by e-mail or CD will be accepted.
(No poster submissions to be accepted after the deadline)
- Submission should clearly state the following:
- Category: Student or Professional (Faculty, Researchers, etc.)
- Title of Poster
- Max 3 Authors with title (Dr./Prof./Mr./Ms.) indicating corresponding Author.
- Year/Semester (Students). Professional Degrees, Title & Designation (Professionals)
- Institution/College/Hospital/University (Name and City/Country)
- E-mail /telephone contact number.
- Acceptance of poster shall be informed by e-mail only.
- No correspondence shall be entertained for any poster rejected by the Organizers.
- All expenses including travel, lodging, etc. to be taken care of by participant

Poster Display |
|
| |
- Maximum Size of the poster: 90 cm Width and 150 cm Height.
- Only Vertical Formats accepted.
- The entire poster should be accommodated in this space.
- Author(s) should display/fix their posters one day before the conference, i.e., afternoon of 21st March 2011 in the designated area in the event venue.
- Any damage caused to the exhibition panels / venue installations during the event will be charged by the venue authorities on the poster presenter.
- The posters to be removed only on the last day - last session of the conference. Posters removed before the last session of the conference on 3rd day will not be evaluated / awarded certificates.

Representation |
|

- The DUPHAT 2011 booklet shall have all the names (any number), but will indicate clearly the 3 representative authors for Student Posters and 1 Author for Professional.
- Author(s) should be personally available at the poster session.
- It is essential for at least one Author(s) to be present during the Poster Evaluation process.

Additional Options for Professional Poster Presenters |
|
| |
- Professional poster presenters can additionally present their poster as a short oral presentation for max 15 minutes. But this has to be specifically confirmed in order to schedule it in the program.
- All expenses travel, lodging, etc. to be taken care of by participant.
- DUPHAT shall only sponsor Conference Registration for Professional Poster Presenters only.

Poster Awards |
|
|
- Certificates will be awarded to all accepted posters (max 3 authors for each poster in students section and 1 author for faculty section).
- Certificates will be awarded to only who have displayed their posters.
- The best posters will be awarded (Only 1 Award per poster) during the last session on Day 3.
